1) Segway Speedy Sprint - Starring Tim the Toolman Taylor

Tools - Tough enough for Tim, tough enough for you.
Overview - the contestants will
race through the World Showcase of Epcot - on Segways. They will begin and end at the bridge near the International Gateway
entrance, and will have to stop at each Kidcot Fun Stop and create a mask with a cutout from each country. The catch? The
Segways have been suped up by Tim Taylor with "more power" and all kinds of gadgets to help you against your competition!
*The Segway’s speed has been enhanced by Tim and his buddy
Al - they
now top out at 50mph and have spikes along the wheels as well as smoke
screens and oil slicks to thwart the competition.

Commentators - Bruce Jenner and Wheels Von Racer
Wheels - "Bruce and I are stationed over here at the Boulangerie Pastry Shop waiting for the first racers
to come by."
Bruce –"That's right Wheels! Any minute now we should see those
suped up Segways burning rubber through the streets of France."
Wheels
- "Here they come now, Bruce!"
Bruce - "Who is that in the lead Wheels? I can’t
make it out!"
Wheels - "I think it's Speed E. Gonzalez from Team USA! He was
a recent recruit that they found in Mexico and brought to the USA to work as a Mexico Pavilion employee in EPCOT. I personally think he is a
ringer, Bruce! He may have a bit of an advantage, knowing the lay of the land
as well as he does."
Bruce - "Ringer or not, he better watch out! Me Go Fast from
Team Hong Kong is coming up quickly behind him, trying to overtake his lead."
Wheels - Speed is pushing a button on his handlebar... what is that? There is OIL coming out from the back of his Segway! Me Go goes into a tailspin
and side wipes the kaki gori pushcart. There’s oil and fruit-flavored liquid everywhere! He's down!"
Bruce - "That's going to leave a bruise!"
Character Relay Race around the World Showcase - Sponsored by NIKE -
We run around the world
with you"
Overview - 7 leg relay race around the WS with a character being
traded off instead of a baton. Each leg
will use a different "mode"
with which to transport the character. First team in wins!
*Each team assigned a character
- Team USA - Pooh. Team Japan -
Eeyore. Team China - Donald. Team France - Tweedledum (or is it Dee? )
*Race starts
in Canada - the first leg is to the UK and will be raced
using a ECV - the character sitting on the handlebars/basket
*Leg
2 is from UK to France using a Surry bike from Boardwalk - the
char. in the back seat not peddling
*Leg 3 is from France,
past Morocco, to Japan - using a double
stroller with the character wedged inside
*Leg 4 is from Japan to the American
Pav. using a Segway with the
character hanging on the drivers back for dear life
*Leg 5 is from America, past Italy,
to Germany using a wheelchair with
the character riding
*Leg 6 is from Germany to China using one of those big trash
bins on
wheels with the character riding inside
*Leg 7 is from China, past Norway to the finish line in Mexico -
transporting
the character via Piggyback ride
Commentators - Bruce Jenner and Ima Runner
Ima - Well Bruce, team USA is in
the lead as they enter leg 6 of the
race. Pooh has been thrown in the trash bin face first! All you see as
they race
towards China is his poor legs dangling out from the top!
Bruce - "That's right Ima! Now it's time to hand off Pooh
to team
USA's strongest member and anchorman for the relay - Hugh Strongman!"
Ima - "Oh no Bruce! The hand off went
bad! Pooh rolled out of the
trash cart, down the sidewalk, hit a light pole and then fell into the
lake! What a waste!"
Bruce
- "That's going to leave a bruise!"
